Q. What is the set of core literature to base rulings?
What literature is considered authoritative concerning issues of the Bnei Noach? Rambam, Meiri, Yavetz, Arizal?
Answer. All the traditional sources and more. Of course for [rulings made by the Beis Din for] some people, certain sources will have a higher weight than for others, just like the differences between communities of Jews.
