מאז פרץ המשבר הכלכלי הגדול בשלהי תשס"ח [2008 למנינם] ומאז שמדינת ישראל נדחקת יותר ויותר אל הקיר על ידי משנאינו אשר הרימו ראש גואים גלי שנאת ישראל בעולם. כל קהילה בעולם נרדפת כפי אופי שכניה וכפי אופיה של תרבותם.<br />
אין טעם לנקוב ברשימה ארוכה של מדינות העומדות כעת בחזית הפורענות. לב יודע מרת נפשו וכל קהילה חשה מהי עוצמת הסכנה הצפויה לה.<br />

לפיכך הקהילות מצוות לגבש את ההנהגה הפנימית המשותפת שלהן בכל ארץ ומדינה ולא להבליג על רדיפות כאילו לא התרחשו. יש לנהל רישום ותיעוד מדויק של האירועים, ראוי לכפות על השלטונות המקומיים, ועל מדינת ישראל ועל הארגונים היהודיים הבינלאומיים להביע עמדה כמו גם על האליטות היהודיות והנוכריות במדינה ובקהילה. חשוב להגיש תביעות משפטיות - פליליות ואזרחיות ממצות נגד המציקים. הבלגה עד יעבור זעם לא תועיל בדרך כלל בנסיבות אלו של גאות שנאת ישראל בעולם.<br />

כל קהילה וכל יהודי חייבים לדאוג לשמירת חייהם ורכושם באמצעים המבטיחים הגנה מרבית על הנפש ועל הרכוש וערכו. <br />
<br />
התרופה הטובה מכל היא לעלות לארץ ישראל. קיבוץ גלויות הוא הכינוס החשוב ביותר והנצחי של העם היהודי. באמצעות הגשמת הבטחת התורה - כי מקצה השמים יקבץ ה' את פזוריו, מגן היהודי על זהותו, נמנע מסכנת ההתבוללות בגויים, מבטא את אמונתו בבוראו ובסגולתו המיוחדת ויכול לחיות כיהודי גאה במסגרות קהילתיות ופרטיות הולמות בארץ ישראל.<br />

ניתן לבסס מקורות פרנסה בארץ ישראל מעבר להגנה ראויה על הרכוש, תוך התפתחות שגשוג והצלחה. באשר למצב הביטחון. התורה הנביאים וחז"ל מחזקים כל יהודי ונוכרי המחזיקים בכנף איש יהודי להביאו לארץ אבותיו ומבטיחים כי פליטה תהיה לישראל בארצם. <br />

אנו מאמינים כי לא יטוש ה' עמו ונחלתו לא יעזוב. כי יפדה ה' את עמו וכי בימינו ייוושעו ישראל ויהודה.<br />
ההחלטה לעלות לארץ הבחירה עשויה לעיתים להיות ניסיון קשה. אבל כמידת הקושי כך גודל השכר לפני בורא העולם. לפחות מאז הצהרת בלפור ב תרע"ח/ [1917 למנינם], הקול כי פקד ה' את עמו מהדהד בארבע כנפות הארץ.<br />
רבים מאלו שהחליטו שלא להקשיב לקול זה, לדאבון ליבנו, אבדו. כעת הניסיון חוזר במשנה תוקף ויפה להיחלץ שעה אחת קודם לפני שיהיה מאוחר מדי.<br />
