<br />
צה"ל נקט בסדרת פעולות כדי להכביד על האויב להתנכל לתושבי עוטף עזה עד אשקלון, וכדי להקל על הלחץ הפוליטי והביקורת על הממשלה שהפקירה את תושבי האזור.<br />
<br />
בפעולות הללו אין מענה להתעצמות האויב ברצועת עזה וחולשתן מעודדת במישרין התעצמות איומים אסטראטגיים על ישראל בגזרות אחרות.<br />
<br />
יידע כל שלטון יהודי, מפקדי צה"ל ועם ישראל<br />
לא ניתן יהיה לאורך ימים להימנע משלב ההכרעה והנצחון. <br />
<br />
עדיין לא נלמדו מהכשל במלחמת לבנון, מורשת "תהליך השלום",לקחי שגיאת הגירוש. <br />

כל עוד השלטון לא יורה לצבא ולכוחות הבטחון לכבוש אזורים ברצועה ולהשאר במקומות שנחוצה בהן נוכחות מתמדת לשם הקמת הישובים שחרבו והבטחת בטחונם ונוספים עליהם, לא תהיה תוחלת לפעולות צבאיות ולא לנסיונות השווא של קידום השלום. <br />

ביטול חוק הגירוש בכנסת ביוזמת הממשלה יעיד על כך שממשלת ישראל התגברה על הרתיעה מפני הודאה בטעותה הפאטאלית, שהיא הסיבה המידית לכשלונותיה המדיניים, הצבאיים והציבוריים; ערעור סמכות השלטון, בתי המשפט והשחיתות הגואה.<br />

החלטה שכזו תקרב את עם ישראל לשליחותו היהודית – הכרה בייעודו, ביחודו ובקידוש שמו יתברך והפצת האמונה בקב"ה ובעולם כולו, תוך עמידה על. זכותו של כל יהודי לבנות ביתו בכל מקום בארץ ישראל, ארץ הקודש, על פי דין.<br />
<br />
לא ניתן יהיה להגיע לשקט ללא עקירת האתוס הרצחני שאליו התדרדרו אויבינו, כפי שהוא ניכר בעיקר בשנים האחרונות. וללא טיפול שורשי בהיבטים הדתיים והתרבותיים של הסכסוך, אין תקנה ליציבות החיים.<br />
<br />
ערבי שלא יקבל על עצמו מצוות בני נוח, שעיקרן לצורך העניין, כיבוד חיי אדם והימנעות מרציחה מפני שהתורה ציוותה, לא יוכל להישאר תחת שלטון ישראל.<br />

כפי שכתב הנשר הגדול בהלכות מלכים פרק ו' הלכה א':<br />

א אין עושין מלחמה עם אדם בעולם, עד שקוראין לו לשלום--אחד מלחמת הרשות, ואחד מלחמת מצוה: שנאמר "כי תקרב אל עיר, להילחם עליה--וקראת אליה, לשלום" (דברים כ,י). אם השלימו, וקיבלו שבע מצוות שנצטוו בני נוח עליהן--אין הורגין מהן נשמה;<br />
<br />
נקיטה בדרך זו, דרך התורה, תהיה מופת ואור לגויים להדרכת כל אומות העולם בשיטה הנכונה להדברת טירור.<br />
<br />
לפיכך בית הדין של הסנהדרין קורא לערביי רצועת עזה כמו לכל בני האדם לקבל עליהם מצוות בני נוח ומוסרן, להתנער מהטירור ומנהיגיו, ולקרוא ללא מורא לשיבת היהודים לחבל עזה למקומות שבהם היו הישובים לפני הריסתם וזאת לרווחת היהודים והערבים.<br />
