המימשל ומוסדותיו קיבלו שתי החלטות המנוגדות <b>לאושיות</b> קיומה של מדינה יהודית בארץ ישראל. בכך שמטו את הלגיטימיות ההיסטורית לכאורה שלהם וחדלו בעליל לכהן כמוסדות יצוגיים של מדינת העם היהודי. <br />
<br />
ההחלטות החותרות תחת קיומו הפיזי של העם היהודי: <br />
<br />
<b>א. ההחלטה להקפיא את ההתיישבות היהודית בחבלי ארץ קדשנו, לרבות בירושלים הבירה, ששוחררו בשנת תשכ"ז, היא ביטוי מובהק של מדיניות עוינת זרה ובוגדנית נגד העם היהודי. מדיניות זו מיועדת להכשרת טיהור אתני ע"י גירוש 400000 יהודים מארצם, תוך מלחמת אחים וסיכון חייהם של בני עמנו בארץ ובעולם.<br />

ב. ההחלטה הצפויה לשחרר אלף מחבלים רוצחים בתמורה לשבוי גלעד שליט.</b><br />
<br />
בהחלטות אלה המימשל מסייע בידי אויבי ישראל להוריש את עם ישראל מארץ קדשו ומעניק להם לשם כך משאבים רבים בקרקע, נשק, מים, תעמולה, מורל, כוח אדם ובהרשעת העם היהודי, בדעת הקהל העולמית.<br />
<br />
יש גבול להפעלת חוקי כניעה . עליהם לעמוד גם במבחני המוסר וההגיון.<br />
<br />
פרשת שחרור גלעד שליט היא ביטוי מוחשי של ייצור טרור מתעצם נגד יהודים ונגד העולם. שחרור המחבלים הרוצחים הוא זעקת הכניעה של המדינה והרמת דגל לבן בפני אויביה ותחילת קריסת מדינות החופש תחת המגף האיסלאמי רווי הדמים.<br />

הכל יודעים שמשוחררי עסקת ג'יבריל יצרו את האינתיפאדה הראשונה. זו הייתה מיועדת להכשיר את הלגיטימציה ל"תהליך השלום" שאינו מכוון אלא להיות תהליך ההשמדה של העם היהודי (היה לא תהיה).<br />

כל האינתיפאדות היו בסופו של דבר מתואמות מרצון ומאונס עם אויבים. בימים אלה התגלה כי גם מלחמת יום כיפור הייתה פרי באושים של תיאום בין מימשל ישראלי כושל לאויבי המדינה בתיווך מימשל עויין (מאז ומתמיד) בבית הלבן על חשבון דמי חיילינו.<br />
היו מנהיגים שידעו לעמוד בלחץ אמריקאי, בן גוריון לא נכנע בענין מעמדה של ירושלים והנגב, אשכול פתח במלחמת ששת הימים, בגין הפציץ את הכור העיראקי. כל אלו בניגוד ללחצים. מה שהביא בסופו של דבר לחיזוק מעמד ישראל. העולם והקונגרס האמריקאי מעריכים מנצחים ושותפים חזקים ולאו דווקא הומאניסטים רכרוכים.<br />
ישראל השיגה את חירותה ועצמאותה בדם לוחמיה אך נלכדת ברשת שלום אכזב ושלום אך-שווא. <br />
בכניעתה מרצון ובחולשת הדעת לשלום הכזב, ערערה את בטחונה ותרמה תרומה מכרעת לערעור שלום העולם ולנצחון האיסלם הטרוריסטי.<br />

עסקות שחרור שבויים מפלצתיות כמו עסקת טננבאום ועסקת קונטאר בהם הוחזרו גוויות תמורת שחרור המוני רוצחים הם תמרורי דרך במסלול הכניעה.<br />
